Customer Assistants (12-week summer fixed term contract)

We’re searching for dynamic Customer Assistants to support our branches during the summer period on a 12 week fixed term basis. The available role is part time 9am-2.30pm with occasional opportunity to work until 5pm. The expected start date is June 2025, however we can offer flexibility if required.
Please note that the role involves travel across different branches in our network, depending on staffing requirements. Our branches are based in Hinckley, Broughton Astley, Lutterworth, Rugby, Coalville, South Wigston and Nuneaton.
As a Customer Assistant you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced and friendly Branch team, learning about various aspects of financial services all whilst gaining practical experience.
This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and insights into customer service, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older due to working restrictions within our branch network.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a keen interest in financial services.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
