Operational Resilience & Continuity Analyst (Fixed Term/Secondment)

We’re looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Operational Resilience & Continuity Analyst to join our team and help shape how we respond to disruption ensuring we continue to deliver essential services to our members, no matter what comes our way.
What you’ll be doing:
In this impactful role, you’ll support the development and delivery of our Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Third-Party Risk Management frameworks. You’ll ensure they’re not only compliant with regulatory expectations but also practical, meaningful, and aligned with our values.
You’ll work across the organisation from IT to Operations to keep critical documentation and assets up to date and accessible. You’ll help plan and run scenario testing exercises, capture insights, and turn lessons learned into tangible improvements. You’ll also support reporting to senior leaders, helping them make informed decisions based on clear, risk-aware insights.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our operational resilience, business continuity, and third-party risk management frameworks, ensuring they’re robust, practical, and aligned with regulatory expectations. You’ll lead and support scenario testing and incident response planning, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure critical documentation and assets are accurate and accessible. You’ll play a key role in managing supplier risk, driving resilience-by-design thinking, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Your insights will help shape clear, risk-aware reporting for senior leaders, enabling informed decision-making and strengthening our overall resilience posture.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of third-party risk frameworks and supplier management.
- Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or risk management within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Organised, solutions-focused, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- A calm, collaborative approach and a passion for doing the right thing, even under pressure.
