We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Customer Services.
This role is essential in delivering high-quality, customer-focused administrative and telephony support to our mortgage and savings members, in line with our values and customer promise.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that every interaction, whether it’s a phone call, or internal request is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. This role primarily involves handling telephone and online customer enquiries. You’ll also be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including responding to member correspondence, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Your work will directly contribute to delivering fair outcomes and a consistently excellent experience for our members.
You’ll be accountable for progressing tasks efficiently, following internal processes and regulatory requirements, and ensuring that all service standards and KPIs are met. Your attention to detail and commitment to doing the right thing will shine through.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering service that reflects our values. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role would be beneficial, but not essential.
