An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Hinckley & Rugby Building Society as Head of Distribution on a 12-month fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity.
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially astute and highly connected leader to take ownership of our intermediary distribution strategy and drive the next phase of growth across our specialist mortgage business.

As our Head of Distribution, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with the intermediary market, championing our proposition and ensuring we're positioned for sustainable success.
What you'll be doing
As Head of Distribution, you'll lead our intermediary distribution strategy, driving sustainable growth and strengthening our position in the mortgage market.
You'll lead and inspire a high-performing team, build and develop key broker and industry relationships, and act as an ambassador for the Society across the intermediary market. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help shape our proposition, influence future opportunities and ensure our distribution activity supports the Society's strategic objectives, customer outcomes and risk appetite.
A key part of the role will be building and nurturing strong relationships across the intermediary landscape, including brokers, networks, clubs, packagers and specialist distribution partners. Acting as a visible ambassador for the Society, you'll represent Hinckley & Rugby at industry events, partner meetings and forums, championing our flexible approach to lending and helping more customers access homeownership.
Working collaboratively across Mortgage Lending, Product, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations and Risk, you'll help shape our proposition, influence future product development and ensure our distribution activity supports the Society's strategic objectives, risk appetite and commitment to good customer outcomes.
You'll also provide strategic insight to senior leaders, using broker feedback, market intelligence and performance data to inform decisions, drive continuous improvement and support sustainable growth.
Using market insight, broker feedback and performance data, you'll identify opportunities for growth, enhance our market presence and support the continued success of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society.
